Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on $100 or more
How long does delivery take?
It ranges between 2-5 working days. We usually send the package within the day of when the order was placed, unless it’s a weekend, then we send it on Monday.
Do you manufacture custom socks?
Yes, all the Sox Footwear socks are manufactured by The Sox Factory in Pretoria, South Africa. You can create your own custom brand for teams, clubs, corporates, new businesses and many more. Please visit www.thesoxfactory.co.za for more info.
Which size should I order?
We have the following sizes available on our store
- S for size UK 12-3; EU 32-38; US 1-5 shoes
- M for size UK 4-8; EU 38-42; US 5-9 shoes
- L for size UK 8-12; EU 42-47; US 9-13 shoes
- XL for size UK 12+; EU 47+; US 13+ shoes
I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
